Merano 2000

The Merano 2000 skiing area offers picture book winter holidays as there is no lack of sun and snow at the high plateau above the Merano basin.

From December until the end of March you will find perfect snow conditions for experienced skiers as well as beginners. When spring has arrived in the spa town of Merano and the almond trees are flowering along the beautiful promedes such as the renowned Tappeinerweg, ski enthusiasts can still ski on the slopes of Merano 2000.

The conditions are ideal:

• In January and February every week there is downhill skiing at night with torches.
• Ski lifts are also open for hikers.
• In January and February lighted ski- and bobsleigh slopes on Fridays (Piffing-Falzeben slope)
• Snow machines guarantee snow on all the slopes
